Christmas Cards 2013

Here's the cards for the church to mail out.  Everything is Stampin' Up! except the embossing folder, which I can't remember where I got that from.  I CASED this idea off of Splitcoast Stampers, but I do not remember the artist's name.  When I find it again I will update this post.

Wild Wasabi was the base, Whisper White was the embossed area, Real Red was the mat.  The black ink is Staz On and then water colored area is Handsome Hunter.  The image is from the Greetings Galore set.  (An oldie but a goodie!)  Real red ribbon and Dimensionals.  Oh, and the "ornaments" and star are glittered.

Here's the first set of Christmas cards I sent out this year. This is not a CASE.  No I'm not done, there'll be more.

Everything on these was from Stampin' Up!  The patterned paper is from My Mind's Eye.  The base is Soft Sky, the matting is River Rock, and the ink is Tempting Turquoise.  The images are embossed.  Edges are inked and there's a rhinestone in the middle of the image.  On the inside I used a Top Note die-cut in white.  I stamped the greeting along with another snowflake image to dress up the inside.  Again, not a CASE.

Again this is all Stampin' Up!  The pattern paper is from My Mind's Eye.  The base is Soft Sky and the mat is Old Olive.  The image is water colored and rhinestones were added.

Card base is Bashful Blue, snowflake is the same.  Mat for snowflake is River Rock.  Snowflake is embossed with a rhinestone added.  Embossing folder is from Stampin' Up!, but I don't remember the name of it.  The snowflake is from the Serene Snowflakes set.  Silver cord would have been better, but gold was all I had.  Sometimes we make due with what we've got.

I welcome comments!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
